Shipping & Pickup Information

This holiday season, we are pleased to offer two ways to receive your order: Ship directly to your home or pickup at your Christmas Ship™ Festival departure.

Which option is best for me? 

Choose Shipping if you:

  • Have at least two weeks before your Christmas Ship™ departure
  • Want to arrive to the Christmas Ship™ Festival photo-ready (and have at least two weeks before your departure)
  • Are attending one of the onshore Christmas Ship™ Festival events
  • Are not attending the Christmas Ship™ Festival

Choose Pickup if you: 

  • Have fewer than two weeks before your Christmas Ship™ Festival departure
  • Prefer the convenience of onsite pickup (available only for ticketed guests attending the Christmas Ship™ Festival)

Domestic Shipping

For orders of $50 or more, standard shipping is free.

For orders less than $50, shipping and handling charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and do not include order processing times. Please allow 1 business day for order processing. Many shipping carriers are experiencing delays during the holiday season. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. 

We are currently unable to offer international shipping.

Pickup at Christmas Ship™ Festival departure

Pickup is only available for ticketed guests attending one of the 2021 Christmas Ship™ Festival departures. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit our website.

To allow for processing time, Pickup orders must be placed at least 2 days prior to your departure date. For example, if you are cruising on Sunday, your order for pickup must be placed on or before Friday.

At checkout, you will need to enter 1) the location of your Christmas Ship™ Festival departure, 2) the date of your Christmas Ship™ Festival departure, and 3) your Booking number. This information is available in your confirmation email, sent from messages@fareharbor.com.

When arrive and check in for your Christmas Ship™ Festival departure, our team will provide you with your full order. Please check in at least 10 minutes before departure.
